Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. While we realise that most of you will not be able to inspect our stock on the farm, a warm welcome is extended to all those who can visit.

Tiptree is an 860 hectare farm, all of which is predominantly north facing. The farm is rather steep and undulating, the average rainfall is 500mm.

There are 240 hectares of dryland pasture and 18 hectares of permanent gravity fed irrigation. We have 13 hectares under pivot with another 24 hectares under pivot being developed. The rest of the farm is mountainous veldt consisting of Themeda Trianda (Rooi Gras) to a sour fynbos type.
